Join us in making the Indian Wildlife Ecology Conference (IWEC ’24) a success by volunteering! As a volunteer, you will gain complimentary entry to the conference and have the opportunity to interact with professionals in the field of wildlife ecology.

Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks and event logistics
• Support the coordination of conference sessions and activities
• Help manage participant registrations and inquiries
• Assist in setting up and managing the venue

Requirements:

• Based in Bangalore for the duration of the conference (June 14-16, 2024)
• Able to arrange your own accommodation
• Available to attend all pre-conference planning sessions
• Commit to volunteering for all three days of the conference

Volunteers will receive a certificate of appreciation and a special goodie bag. Please note that while volunteers will be actively assisting during the event, they may not have full access to all conference sessions.
